Van P. Potts
President & Founder
Van is the owner and president of Preston-Layne and Partners. He manages business and relationships between suppliers and distributors, and travels to spend time with wineries, managers and key personnel. He also manages business relationships between distributors and key On- and Off-Premises customers across the U.S., Canada, Europe and the Caribbean.
Van graduated from the University Of Kansas in 1986. He worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry for 17 years with Johnson & Johnson, Dow Chemical and Alcon Laboratories. Van then went on to spend 3-½ years as VP of Marketing & Sales with Westport Rivers Vineyard & Winery from March 2000 to July 2003.
In July 2003, Van decided to pursue his dream when he started Preston-Layne and Partners wine brokerage. Within the next 10 years, Van went on to expand his business, adding an importing arm.

Tokar Glenn
U.S. Business Manager
Regional Sales -- Eastern U.S.
Tokar manages business relationships between distributors and key On- and Off-Premises customers primarily in the Northeast and some Mid-Western states.
Tokar graduated from Tufts University (Medford, MA) in 1991. After a 10-year career in health and fitness, she made the change to the wine industry by joining the US team of Boutinot Ltd. During her eight years there, Tokar gained invaluable import experience and developed and managed distributor relationships with a portfolio focused on French, Italian, and South African wines.
Tokár joined the Preston-Layne & Partners team in July of 2013.

Leona Perry
Leona Perry is the Administrative and Marketing Manager for Preston-Layne & Partners. She is responsible for maintaining the company's traditional and social media marketing, as well as the website, newsletters and more.
Leona is a graduate of Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina. She began her career in public relations, and moved into online marketing and community management in 1999 when she took a position with iVillage.com. Leona went on to manage community and social media for WebMD.com.
