1 - ½ oz Screwball Bourbon
1 oz Trentadue Chocolate Amore
1 oz Heavy Cream
Drop or two of Chambord (optional)
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker,
shake well, and pour over ice in a
rocks or martini glass.

Top with Black Cherry Seltzer
Pour over ice in a wine glass or highball glass. Fill the rest of the glass with White Claw (or other brand) Black Cherry alcoholic seltzer. Garnish with a marachino cherry (stem on.)

2 oz Trentadue Chocolate Amore Port
2 oz Cooled Coffee
1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Kahlua
1/2 oz Irish Cream
Chocolate shavings + 1 piece of favorite chocolate (optional) + chocolate syrup (optional)
Dip the top of the martini glass into the chocolate shavings. Swirl chocolate sauce onto the inside sides of the glass (optional-not shown). Put the piece of chocolate in the bottom of the glass (also optional). Put all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Pour into glass and garnish with additional chocolate shavings.

2 oz Trentadue Chocolate Amore Port
2 oz Cranberry Juice
2 oz Club Soda (additional ounce if you want more of a carbonated taste)
1/4 tbsp Lime Juice
1 Sprig of Rosemary, Cranberries (optional)
Put a handful of cranberries into the bottom of a martini glass (optional). Put all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Using a funnel or pouring carefully, pour into a fillable round ornament and put the ornament in a martini class for carrying. Garnish the martini glass with the sprig of Rosemary.

1/2 oz Amaro (we use Amaro Ramazzotti)
1 oz Rye Whiskey (we use Redwood Empire Emerald Giant Rye)
1-1/2 oz Trentadue Chocolate Amore Port
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice.
Stir and then strain into a Nick & Nora (or Small Coupe).
Garnish with a Cherry.

1/2 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Aged Rum (we use Ron Barceló Dorado)
1-1/2 oz Trentadue Chocolate Amore Port
Add all ingredients to a Shaker Tin. Add ice.
Shake and then strain into a Highball with Ice and a Half Salt Rim. Top with your favorite IPA (we used Ghost Town Brewing Inhume West Coast IPA)
Garnish with a Lemon Wedge, Purple Viola, and a Straw.

1/2 oz. Grapefruit Juice

Pour all ingredients into a champagne glass and top with garnishments.
